Our youth sports program accommodates children from 5 to 14 years old, with games scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays. Each game day begins as early as 7 am and can last until 7 pm, featuring a 15-minute warm-up followed by two 20-minute halves with a brief two-minute halftime break. Practices are convenient for all age groups, held once a week, typically after 5 pm, with the option to request specific practice times during registration. We organize players into age groups based on their age at the start of the season: 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, and 13/14, ensuring that every child is placed appropriately for the best possible experience and development.

How do we register for Youth Indoor Flag Football if my child has never played before?
To register your child for the Youth Indoor Flag Football Leagues at Swift Sports Dome, begin by creating a DaySmart account if you’re new to our facilities.
Once you have a DaySmart account, you can sign up your child for the desired league by clicking on the “Register” button in the upcoming leagues section above, ensuring registration is still open and the deadline has not passed.
What forms need to be completed if I'm a new coach?
All coaches must complete and submit both a background check form and our coaches code of conduct form.
Do I need to fill out and sign a waiver for my child before the start of the season?
Yes, a waiver must be filled out for each child. The waiver can be found here.
